Position: Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Warsaw, Poland – Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

DNA ERA, a rapidly evolving Slovak company in the CEE region, focused on providing DNA tests for end customers. We combine the wonders of science with practical health solutions. Our mission is clear – to empower people with information based on genetic predispositions that can help them adjust their lifestyle, guide prevention, and provide insights into potential health risks. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving DNA ERA’s growth in all markets, leading projects supporting customer acquisitions,  meeting revenue and CPA targets and making data driven decisions. You’ll partner closely with the CMO and Bratislava team to align growth strategies and tactics with overarching vision and business goals.

Your mission:

  • Performance Marketing Mastery:
    • Full ownership of performance marketing across Google, Meta, and Programmatic advertising. (campaign set up, optimization and reporting) 
    • Efficient budget management, testing innovative formats, and scaling campaigns.
    • Collaborating with local teams to align on performance marketing campaigns and adjust creatives based on performance
  • Data-Driven Strategy:
    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and Excel/Gsheets for deep data analysis and data driven decisions
    • Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance, focusing on ROI, CPA reduction, and conversion rate improvement.
    • Set up robust reporting for data-driven decisions
  • Acquisition and Retention Excellence:
    • Craft and execute strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention  contributing to the expansion of our user base.
    • Work closely with the CMO to refine conversion funnels and lead generation (to drive new leads (prospects)
    • Analyze customer behavior to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Website Conversion Optimization:
    • Monitor and enhance website performance, conducting A/B tests and other initiatives  to increase conversion rates and hit sales targets.
    • Evaluate landing page performance and make recommendations
  • Collaborative Team Dynamics:
    • Partner with the CMO and Bratislava team to align growth strategies with the company’s vision.
    • Regular communication with local teams to design customized campaigns.

Your skills:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving significant milestones.
  • A robust analytical mindset, employing a data-driven approach for campaign design, execution, and evaluation with command of data analysis tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker, Excel/ Gsheet).
  • Demonstrated success in growth-focused roles, preferably within the tech or e-commerce industry.
  • Performance marketing expertise, with strong operational knowledge of campaign management. (must have experience) – proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Meta Business Suite). Knowledge of Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Independent, proactive, and structured, with exceptional attention to detail and a business-focused mindset.
  • An educational background in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluent in Polish and proficiency in English.
