Mu\u017ei, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho s diagnostikovan\u00fdm karcinomem prostaty, maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko rozvoje tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Obezita<\/strong>.N\u011bkolik studi\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee obezita m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko rakoviny prostaty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Genetick\u00e9 riziko ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy zm\u011bn v na\u0161\u00ed DNA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V na\u0161em DNA testu p\u0159i karcinomu prostaty sledujeme vybran\u00e9 patogenn\u00ed mutace v genech BRCA1 a BRCA2. Tyto mutace maj\u00ed samy o sob\u011b velmi podstatn\u00fd vliv a v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko rozvoje tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. <strong>Celo\u017eivotn\u00ed riziko rozvoje stoup\u00e1 na 29&nbsp;% v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mutace v genu BRCA1 a a\u017e na 60&nbsp;% v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mutace v genu BRCA2.<\/strong> Jsou v\u0161ak pom\u011brn\u011b vz\u00e1cn\u00e9, proto\u017ee v pr\u016fm\u011bru je nositelem takov\u00e9 mutace 1 \u010dlov\u011bk ze 400. Z n\u011bkolika v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed nicm\u00e9n\u011b vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee tyto genetick\u00e9 varianty mohou m\u00edt kumulativn\u00ed vliv, co\u017e jednodu\u0161e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce si jich jedinec nese, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko u n\u011bj bude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>K \u010demu je znalost tohoto v\u00fdsledku<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To, \u017ee o t\u00e9to genetick\u00e9 predispozici v\u00edte, v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoct optimalizovat v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivotn\u00ed styl s c\u00edlem sn\u00ed\u017eit celkov\u00e9 riziko rozvoje karcinomu prostaty.
