Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto zm\u011bny vedou ke vzniku n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch bun\u011bk, kter\u00e9 se z k\u016f\u017ee mohou \u0161\u00ed\u0159it tak\u00e9 do dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla. Ke v\u010dasn\u00e9 diagnostice m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt i znalost genetick\u00fdch predispozic. Na\u0161i st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci si ve sv\u00fdch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch najdou zdarma nov\u00fd v\u00fdsledek za\u0159azen\u00fd v kategorii Zdrav\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Existuje melanomov\u00e1 a nemelanomov\u00e1 rakovina k\u016f\u017ee<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejz\u00e1ke\u0159n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formu rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavuje melanom, kter\u00fd postihuje bu\u0148ky produkuj\u00edc\u00ed ko\u017en\u00ed barvivo \u2013 melanocyty. Ten v\u0161ak tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b jen 1 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee. V\u00edce o melanomu si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst v <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.dnaera.com\/blog\/melanom-prevencia\/\">na\u0161em<\/a> blogu. A\u017e 99 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee tvo\u0159\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed se spole\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem nemelanomov\u00e1 rakovina k\u016f\u017ee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rakovina k\u016f\u017ee se nemus\u00ed vyskytovat pouze ve form\u011b znam\u00e9nek.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Znam\u00e9nka obsahuj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed melanocyt\u016f, a proto p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed rizikov\u00e1 m\u00edsta pro vznik rakoviny k\u016f\u017ee. Nemelanomov\u00e1 rakovina k\u016f\u017ee se v\u0161ak vyskytuje v\u011bt\u0161inou pr\u00e1v\u011b mimo n\u011b a postihuje hlavn\u011b bu\u0148ky poko\u017eky (keratinocyty) a baz\u00e1ln\u00ed bu\u0148ky, ze kter\u00fdch se keratinocyty tvo\u0159\u00ed. Bazocelul\u00e1rn\u00ed karcinom vypad\u00e1 typicky jako perle\u0165ov\u00fd nebo voskov\u00fd hrbolek na k\u016f\u017ei s \u010dasto viditeln\u00fdmi krevn\u00edmi c\u00e9vami. Do rizikov\u00e9 skupiny pat\u0159\u00ed zejm\u00e9na lid\u00e9 se sv\u011btl\u00fdm typem pleti, \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci sol\u00e1ri\u00ed, ku\u0159\u00e1ci \u010di lid\u00e9 s oslabenou imunitou. Tyto geny se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na tvorb\u011b melaninu, kter\u00fd chr\u00e1n\u00ed poko\u017eku p\u0159ed UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm, zabra\u0148uj\u00ed nekontrolovateln\u00e9mu d\u011blen\u00ed bun\u011bk a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed udr\u017eovat stabilitu chromozom\u016f v j\u00e1dru bu\u0148ky.
