Ale nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159irozenou formou je pr\u00e1v\u011b fet\u00e1ln\u00ed mikrochim\u00e9rismus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u0148ky vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00edho se plodu se u\u017e v ran\u00fdch st\u00e1di\u00edch t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159es placentu do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu matky. To n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje d\u011blat neinvazivn\u00ed prenat\u00e1ln\u00ed testy z krve matky, p\u0159i nich\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e9 zjistit r\u016fzn\u00e9 zm\u011bny v DNA plodu.
