Ty jsou skv\u011bl\u00fdm zdrojem mnoh\u00fdch nutrient\u016f, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed jako prevence proti r\u016fzn\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm. Mezi vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formy tuku \u0159ad\u00edme polynenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e tu\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ryby, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad losos, jsou dobr\u00fdm zdrojem pr\u00e1v\u011b esenci\u00e1ln\u00edch omega-3 nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kysel\u00edn (EPA + DHA). Ty jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 i <strong>v r\u00e1mci prevence srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. Na mononenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny je bohat\u00fd nap\u0159\u00edklad olivov\u00fd olej, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v obou receptech a men\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed najdeme i v sezamov\u00fdch sem\u00ednk\u00e1ch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi m\u00e9n\u011b konzumovan\u00e9, ale z nutri\u010dn\u00edho hlediska hodnotn\u00e9 zdroje b\u00edlkovin \u0159ad\u00edme lu\u0161t\u011bniny, jejich\u017e za\u0159azen\u00ed do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku \u010cech\u016f je sp\u00ed\u0161e st\u0159\u00eddm\u00e9 ne\u017e pravideln\u00e9, co\u017e je pom\u011brn\u011b \u0161koda. <strong>Lu\u0161t\u011bniny jsou dobr\u00fdm zdrojem:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>b\u00edlkovin<\/strong> (i kdy\u017e ne v\u0161ech a jejich konzumaci je vhodn\u00e9 kombinovat s obilovinami pro kompletn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem v\u0161ech esenci\u00e1ln\u00edch aminokyselin),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>komplexn\u00edch sacharid\u016f,&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vl\u00e1kniny, a to jak rozpustn\u00e9, tak i nerozpustn\u00e9,&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>a t\u00e9\u017e dal\u0161\u00edch mikronutrient\u016f jako vitam\u00edny skupiny B, ale i miner\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e1tky jako drasl\u00edk, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk, zinek a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lu\u0161t\u011bniny m\u016f\u017eeme za\u0159adit do stravov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 na r\u016fzn\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby a pokud n\u011bkoho odrazuje pr\u00e1v\u011b jejich t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed stravitelnost, lu\u0161t\u011bniny v t\u011bchto receptech (\u010derven\u00e1 \u010do\u010dka a zelen\u00e9 fazolky) se \u0159ad\u00ed mezi nejl\u00e9pe straviteln\u00e9 a dob\u0159e tolerovan\u00e9.
