MUTYH asociovan\u00e1 polyp\u00f3za, zkr\u00e1cen\u011b MAP, je geneticky podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed projevuj\u00edc\u00ed se a\u017e v dosp\u011blosti. Z v\u00fdsledku anal\u00fdzy DNA m\u016f\u017eete zjistit, zda jste p\u0159ena\u0161e\u010dem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a zda u v\u00e1s samotn\u00fdch existuje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je velkou v\u00fdhodou zn\u00e1t svoji predispozici je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u016fle\u017eitost prevence kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edho karcinomu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Karcinom st\u0159eva a kone\u010dn\u00edku (kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00ed karcinom) u n\u00e1s p\u0159edstavuje jedno z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch onkologick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. P\u0159i rozvoji n\u00e1doru hraj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou roli zm\u011bny v DNA. K t\u011bmto zm\u011bn\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet i \u00faplnou n\u00e1hodou, a proto je pro v\u010dasn\u00e9 odhalen\u00ed n\u00e1doru kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed prevence v podob\u011b preventivn\u00edch l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch prohl\u00eddek. Existuj\u00ed ale mutace, kter\u00e9 n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko vzniku kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edho karcinomu a jsou d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pokud pacienti nepodstoup\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu, je riziko a\u017e o 90 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednou z takov\u00fdch d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00fdch forem je MUTYH asociovan\u00e1 polyp\u00f3za (MAP), p\u0159i kter\u00e9 doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 tvorb\u011b polyp\u016f v tlust\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b. Tyto abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdr\u016fstky jsou zpo\u010d\u00e1tku ne\u0161kodn\u00e9; n\u011bkter\u00e9 polypy se v\u0161ak mohou \u010dasem zm\u011bnit ve zhoubn\u00e9, \u010d\u00edm\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke vzniku n\u00e1doru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po 60. roce \u017eivota se riziko vzniku kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edho karcinomu u osob s MAP zvy\u0161uje a\u017e o 43\u201363 %. Pro porovn\u00e1n\u00ed: riziko u b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 populace \u010din\u00ed 5,5 %. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee na to, aby se onemocn\u011bn\u00ed projevilo, je pot\u0159eba od obou dvou rodi\u010d\u016f zd\u011bdit po\u0161kozenou kopii ur\u010dit\u00e9ho genu.&nbsp; V\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b mohou tyto mutace vznikat i tzv. de novo b\u011bhem \u017eivota. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b MAP je t\u00edmto genem MUTYH. Tento gen se pod\u00edl\u00ed na oprav\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA, ke kter\u00fdm do\u0161lo \u010dinnost\u00ed voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f. Pokud je dan\u00fd gen nefunk\u010dn\u00ed a po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA nejsou opravena, doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke vzniku mutac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jeden a\u017e dva lid\u00e9 ze sta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Statistiky uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee 1 a\u017e 2 osoby ze 100 nesou ve sv\u00e9 DNA jednu po\u0161kozenou kopii genu MUTYH. V takov\u00e9mto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jsou pouze p\u0159ena\u0161e\u010di onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e studie prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee u nich riziko rozvoje kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edho karcinomu nen\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u osob, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed dv\u011b standardn\u00ed kopie genu MUTYH.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Znalost poskytuje jedine\u010dnou formu prevence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Informace, \u017ee jste p\u0159ena\u0161e\u010dem, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro v\u0161echny rodi\u010de.
